What are the payment options?

Currently, we're locked into using Paypal Express Checkout. Customers who do not have Paypal account can checkout as a guest! Stay tuned as we look to overcome administrative hurdles to implement shopify checkout as an additional option in the future.

Where will the products be shipped from?

Our storage facility is located in the continental USA

What is the store's return and exchange policy?

All sales made, upon checkout, is final. So please check and double check your cart to ensure that you're buying only the items you're interested in!

What is the shipping policy, and do you ship outside USA?

We try to keep the shipping fee as low as possible to pass back the savings to you (So you can buy more stuff from us) and yes, we ship internationally. You can refer to our current shipping costs below:
USA: We offer shipping at a flat rate of $6 via the USPS. The shipment will be tracked, and the tracking number will be sent to you via a shipment confirmation email. However, we're currently, and what looks to be indefinitely, running a promotion where we will ship for free for purchases above $60!
International: We are sorting out our international shipping options, but we will ship it to our international customers at a flat fee of $20.

How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?

For our continental USA customers, your package should arrive within 6 business days after we post it depending on how far your location is to our distribution site. Customers in non-continental regions may experience longer shipping times. Lastly, due to the nature of the current Covid-19 pandemic, you might experience additional delays in delivery.
As for our international customers, it will be dependent on the distance, and the efficiency of your local post office. It will be difficult for us to commit to an accurate window, especially with the current pandemic going on.

Do you have any seasonal sales or discount?

We’re planning on running our free shipping promotion indefinitely, so every purchase $60 and above will automatically trigger free shipping  for our US customers! We are also currently running a Grand Opening sale! All products storewide are subject to a 20% discount if you use the promo code GRANDOPENING at checkout (expires 2nd May 2021, 11.59 PM PST)!
